i agree.. if ever they'd decide to put rotc back and this time should it be compulsory, they have to make sure the program wouldn't be a haven for corruption.. how would you instill discipline if the leaders doesn't even practice discipline within themselves?

And eto nag rereflect sa Philippine Economy na patuloy na nalulunod..
