thats a problem of mine too. from work,i always wud want to
go to bed after eating my late dinner.. then once naa nako bed,
i get to think of work gyapon for the next day..
eeee... i drive myself crazy doing that.. i end up tired the next day..
and sleeping on my way to work. help!
