improve and find another kind of grass cutter that is safe for everybody...to DPWH please take this also seriously coz you've hurt people and damage a lot of stuff already and you must be liable for it...The motorist and pedestrians are cautious on your thing but you aren't safely doing it.

hehehe.pwedi,pero dugay kaayo...they should find a way on how to do it safely like face the grass cutters kind a wall on it to the other direction and not towards the road maybe the stones won't fly over anywhere

yeah right, noticed that too...one time i really stop on the road coz i saw them and they might hit me on some debris like a stone and when he turned around already i went off as fast as I could. tsk.tsk.tsk...little things but it can piss you off

my solution on that is they should bring a material that blocks the stones or whatsoever from the motorist.. a simple plywood would do.. they will put it at the side of the road and they'll just relocate it every time they will move to another spot.. with it, motorist and pedestrian will be protected against possible debris. it's not expensive but effective.. less effort..

this grass cutter operator is really a problem. if the operator doesnt know how to use...dili lang jud ni sa public roads...pati pa sa private places (e.g : villages)...nganu ang mga bato ma-apil manjud? di jud ni malikayan ang grass raman kaha i-cut? kailangan jud hantod sa ground? why if above mga 5inches..? or ganahan rajud patuyang ug cut?

dili jud ni puede ma interupt kadali (just seconds?)... if naay mu agi? not only referring to cars...even pedestrians? the operator is just thinking of himself...he has the ppe's...while others passing by dont have...maybe operators can put themself on a vice versa situation...lalim ba
