flex needs to be replaced to fix the phone

not only flip...also many slide phones use flex cable...
some units ang flex niya is integrated into the lcd module so they may need to change the whole module, but sometimes there is a workaround but doesnt work 100% of the time and is prone for future problems even more...
some units have flex totally separate from the lcd module so no need to replace the lcd.
however if this type of phone has a flex damage, the lcd may appear problematic but replacing the flex should fix the apparent problem of the lcd.
