    Default Re: IComm's policies - pro-worker, pro-management or fair?

I'm happy with my employment now and I want to share this happiness to my friends out there who may be suffering enough already Mapakatawa lang nako sila diri, OK na na^ ug samot nga OK kun mapagawas nila ilan'g mga hinaing diri aron dili ra maapektahan ilan'g performance ngadto now that they still don't have any other options.

    @hermione :
Balik ta sa topic about iCOMM policies, naa diay company na ang policies is more for the employees? I think na ang policies is for the company/management. If naa, can you give me the names/locations kay mo-apply ko ngadto?

Bisag asa ka na company naa man gyud policy. Wala man gyud ka mahimo ana.

Kung ako pa nimo, mag-create ka ug survey about sa mga company policies here in Cebu. You will find it na ang policies are more on the management side. Just like on the previous post policy is for the protection for having an abusive employees.

And gamay nasad iya load para mag call pa cya.

So, I called my friend and she told me that she went home directly as she was not included in the payroll and she asked me to check if the cp of the payroll in-charge was open. She gave me the number and rang her (ms col ra kay gamay raman akon'g load uyamot). She called me back (thank God) and when I told her about my concern she asked me back as to why would she give my friend salary when she's on maternity leave. I told her she resumed work last monday the 9th (seems like there's a bug in their monitor). So she asked me back in a rough tone (i am not sure if with sarcasm) "So, she's got like a day?". I told her No, 2 days since your cut-off is on the 10th (sayop diay mi duha ug kwenta kay she should receive salary man until the 15th gawas lang ug ni resign na cya sa 11.. but anyway, nalibog lang ko kay 2 naman ang naa sa akon'g payroll database nuon ron dri's akon'g utok ang ila ug ang amo^..hehehehe

I asked her further to text her reply to my friend's text message and she seems irritated in asking me back if she should send her reply to the chikka account used by my friend in texting her (in reality my friend gave her the number to text in that chikka message. She answered me "I don't have his number and corrected instantly to "her" number. Then she told me that she'll just talk with her.

Ni reklamo ka ba sa company na imong work schedule kay 8 hours a day and 5 days a week. Uban gani na company kay 8 hours a day and 6 days ang ilang work.

Just a thought ngano cge man ka complain about iComm in fact ni resign naman ka ngadto. Also like what you said happy naman kaha ka karon sa imong employment diba, so moved on nata.

kung wala mo kakita ug pro-worker nga company aw la tay mahims ana^ basta ang akon'g giingon nga akon'g employers sauna fair lang
If you find your previous employers to be fair before iComm then why resigned?

I think ani man gyud ning problema, some ppl complain na bati ilang employer, inig balhin og lain employer and when they knew na mas bati pa sa ilang previous employer, mo ingon dayon mas maayo paman to akong previous employer.

Lastly, the way I see it your making it personal against iComm Admin/Management.

if that's the way you see it then I respect your ideas.. I don't have to explain again that I am doing this for my friends there. If you were only in my shoes, people voiced out there concerns, dillemmas and nightmares in IComm - you won't be able to hold all these thoughts in your heart or it will destroy you, your whole being would be filled with bitterness to the whole world instead of to the persons or establishments mentioned..But not all things in this world can be said to the concerned subjects..

mura'g catholic faith ba, if mag ampo usahay magpatabang sa mga santos..in the bible "no one comes to the Father but by me"..so naanad jud ta ug i course through..just like the Payroll In-Charge (refer to my last post about my friend's salary) - instead of addressing her answer to the employee's question on why she's not included in the payroll last time, she turned the subject over to the HR Supervisor (maybe trying to find fault in the employee's part).. The HR Supervisor that it is the employee's fault because she didn't inform that she reported to work already. And when she explained that it was not the first time she did it (since this is her 2nd maternity leave) and the Admin Manager told her the first time that there's no need to inform anybody - she can report anytime she want (as the reports shows her time-ins) as long as it's okay with her - no medical certificate requirement and she was not informed of any policy change as her e-mail was diverted to the mail manager so she was assuming that the same policy applies.. Can you tell now that the company really knows about the word "fair"?

We have our own reasons of leaving and I assure you that my reasons for leaving my previous employers wasn't because of the "fairness" issue - only with IComm and the management knew that...I just can't leave good friends behind on their own..ni move-on nako and I'm happy and content with my life now but I don't want to stop speaking or writing the truth just because I myself is already saved

Wa lang unta tay but-anay mga pre. Wa bitaw sad ko ni question why some are singing praisies out there, di ba?

Wala mi mag buot nimo and we are not saying to stop posting from this forums or any forums. If you think you want to speak out for your friends that is still inside in iComm and your concern and worried its your call and we wont stop you.

Kasabot ko sa point na imong friends nag pahungaw nimo sa ilang mga dillemmas and nightmares in iComm (as you said). I've also noticed that up to date ang imong gipang sulti na kalagot2x sa imong mga friends, so does it mean everytime sila mo reklamo imo gyud e-post ngari for other people to know? Whether your answer is YES or NO, I myself wont stop you from posting/speaking all truth which you believe is true.

We have our own reasons of leaving and I assure you that my reasons for leaving my previous employers wasn't because of the "fairness" issue - only with IComm and the management knew that...I just can't leave good friends behind on their own..ni move-on nako and I'm happy and content with my life now but I don't want to stop speaking or writing the truth just because I myself is already saved.
I'm happy to know that you said it yourself na naka move on ka and ur happy with your life now. Just a suggestion, if you are doing this for your friends there, why not help your friends out there from so called dillemas and nightmares through looking for a job na maka transfer sila that the company policy is fair as what they wanted. diba?
