It's not a comedy! I never said that. It's your run of the mill summer action film but well made and well written. It does have many light-hearted and comedic moments thrown in between. The movie is a mix of Cloverfield, E.T. and Goonies. It's written and directed by JJ Abrams who created Lost.

Super 8 refers to Super 8 mm films widely used during the time period of the movie.

It's a gd movie n i will rate it 3.5/5 for some plots dt i ddnt undrstnd..
I luv d scene werin d train crash happened wyl dey were shooting a movie n katong ghimo nag battlefield ilang town.
