I stopped taking the article seriously after seeing that it was authored by Ellen Tordesillas.

Ellen Tordesillas is anti Arroyo because she is a Trillanes sympathizer. And TS is stupid for calling this news.
If this were true then why is Vietnam, a signatory to the deal, currently very angry with the recent Chinese incursions?
