is not the father that you have known all your life?

You see, my friend is in limbo now. She's just so devastated by the way things have suddenly turned out. Her mother just revealed to her that the father who she has known all her life is not her real father after all. The mother further admits that she just forced her father (not the real one) to marry her. The husband is as surprised as hell as well.

I feel so sorry for my friend and for her father. I asked her to just take things at a time and not to blame anyone. She now wants to find her real father.

Kamo if naay ingon ani nga impt revelation sa imong life, would you still want to know your real father/mother too?

depende sa taw but i would understand the emotional burden and how it will affect someone. imagine, your mom, someone who you look up to lies to you big time but then, give yourself time to calm down and sit down and talk to your mom. ask her questions as to why she has done something like that. ask him about your dad. maybe your mom had a case of "its better not to have a father than having a bad father" but still forcing someone to marry her just because she was pregnant by someone else's baby is not excusable. be glad u r alive and not among those babies killed unborn. that alone, u still have to be thankful

too many whys and wheres, hows and whos..... cguro I would also feel confused, hurt and feel deep down not wanted diay jud from the start....

Cguro in the end.. I would come to terms with myself to really seek my own biological Papa.. bsag asa pa ko maabot pangita nya.. I will and will search for him jud.. .Never a single day I will not rest until I know where he is or where he has been... any single clue as to where his whereabouts ako jud pangitaon..

maconfuse ko kung unsa akong bation...i should hate my mom for lying and keeping it a secret for a long time and at the same time i should still be thankful because she thought about my welfare and the importance of having a family...if i were in your friend's shoes, i would extract some information on my father's whereabouts from my mom and find him myself and set up a meet up for us four to talk--me, my mom, my dad, and the other dad.

should be confusing at first but you should consider what the mother has been through and not judge her...and if possible, it is only right that you should find your biological father...
