nice comparison on the first two shots sir. makita jud nimo ang effect sa crop factor sa DX. ang 17mm sa FF same ra sa 10mm sa DX ( crop factor coming into play here).
and yes, mas nindot ang color rendering sa FF.

@eag
i now love you for making that effort test comparison of FF and APS-C
another thing if you notice the grass the FF is more detail and fine compare to APS-C sensor which is more fuzy
I was curious to see whether the lens made the difference in the color rendition, but when I tried taking the same picture using just one lens on the crop and FF bodies, the colors from the FF sensor were really just more vibrant. These also shows the difference between the field of view of the crop vs the FF.

Overall though, the IQ was just so much better with the FF sensor. But that's just between the 40D and 5D, which are both old cameras already. It might be different using another crop body with a different (or newer) crop sensor and another FF body.
Lol, labs you too, bai.
Actually I shot all those to see actual difference in FOV, but was surprised by the big difference in color rendition and detail between the crop and FF sensors.
I also tried mounting my lensbaby on the crop and FF, and just look at the difference here:
40D with lensbaby at f2.8 1/320 iso100:
5D with lensbaby at f2.8 1/320 iso100:
(btw, the bird is standing on my tokina 12-24 here, hehe)
One last crop vs FF comparison, using the nifty fifty. Huge difference in IQ to my eyes
