boss...hehe..naa lang ko few corrections, i hope you dont mind......ang jurisdiction ana sa kung asa ka mo file or what we call the "venue", kay kung asa ang residency sa petitioner, regardless kung asa gi kasal so if you can establish nga resident ka diha nga lugar for at least 6 mos. to one year, pwede ka diha file. Ang decision pud kay not fron SC Manila, only from the RTC or court asa gi file...i hope i made some clarifications and hope naka help pud...

u maybe right about sa residency pero dali na lang mana himuan ug paagi or pagawson nga diha ka nag reside. make sure lang pud nga every hearing, maka tunga ka. if u have the means, makapangita ug paagi ang lawyer oi. maski gani kanang summon, even if kahibalo ka sa address sa imong wife/husband, puede raman dili ipadala ang summon didto, ipa agi na lang kunohay ug summon by publication, ug dili matubag, aws, padayun ang kaso, bahala na ang judge sa desisyon

strikto naman karon ang SC labina sa RTC's nga dghan disposal of nullity cases, ang remedy karon mga RTC's nga under probation sa Sc kay they need to have a case study report from a social worker, kay the latter will personally visit the residence if naa didto puyo ang petitioner. now about sa lawyer nga mka pangita og way..heheh...naa jud hinuon ma abilidad. if pa summons pa ka by publi pod samot ka dako ma gasto...but if there's a will there's always a way...
