Tallo leaves Ateneo: Right or Wrong Move?

The best person to gauge if ready na ba gyud si tallo to play is si coach Norman. You cant deny his coaching ability with 3 straight c'ships under his belt. If coach norman thinks dili pa ka ready... Then you dont go whining and quit right away because of lack of playing time... Your response should be to show the coach that you have what it takes to play with the best.

Also, lahi ra gyud ang style of play sa Cesafi and sa Uaap to be honest. Even sa juniors division, lahi ra gyud. Even people like Greg Slaughter acknowledge that for him to be more refined for pba, he needs the help of coach norman.

Mark tallo's style of play may work for cesafi but we dont know how effective he will be sa uaap system.
Being a point guard, his ability to make his team better is also a big factor and part of that is being versed in calling out set plays instead of just run and gun.

sayang. giandaman pa man unta to niya by transferring to cec. he missed a year of playing hs ball due to residency rules.
soooo, all in all, we wait for another year.

moa lage pro imo gigamit nga argument kang tangkay kay hinay mo duwa.which is sayop.hinay gud tawn..dili mo fit kay lage dili man permi gamiton..nahug man ug practice player naman lang..kung unta hatagan lang ug dako nga time maka adjust jud na..daghan ug low ball iq nga ni duwa sa PBA bai..pro naka sulod tongud kay duol sa luwag...

However, when he tried his luck in the PBA no team even drafted him and the info was that he had a low bball IQ for a PG to play in the PBA. Mao na they never panned out or made it to the PBA. Coaches in the higher leagues usually look for players with unique intangibles in their game especially if the team he coaches is already complete with players who can score. Mga bro..relax lng ky ang Tallo family ra jud ang nkbalo ana..Some people here said na best ang ateneo in terms of education.Yes, it is true but la pata kabalo sa offfer sa La Salle aning bataa and don't tell me dili nindot ang offer sa La Salle or bati ni nga school. Unya ra lage mo judge if ni resulta na ang ila decision.la pa gane naka sugod og if ever nasayop mn gane ila decision it doesn't mean nga ala na jud. Ato lng tan awon ang resulta sa ila decision dli ky mg una2x ta.

Niingon si Black nga si Mark daw wala lang jud daw patience... He said Mark is not yet ripe to play and needs practice pa, cguro Im not in the best position to comment pa jud ani but for me.. if naa na ka sa lain liga gud.. you have to earn the respect before it can be given to you...

Mark left at the advice of his father saying that his son was not given proper exposure ni Black daw.... We'll Black woudn't be a Pro Coach (who earned PBA cups before) if he didnt saw potentials on his players jud...

a trisikad driver who studied in SWU..so mao d i na ang basihan nga low ball IQ si tangkay kay trisikad driver? wow..so unsay tawag nimo ni rich alvarez? naa good basketball iq because he studied in ADMU? sa ako ng gsulti daghan ang naka duwa sa PBA with low B IQ pro duol man sa luwag hangtud karon naa pa gihapoon...

BTW..tangkay became MVP in 2000 CAAA..and star ni sa welcoat,,naka mvp pud d i ning bataa sa pbl,so kamao jud d i ning tawhana..

ang point diri is not about tangkay but about our local boys nga wala ma succesful sa PBA coz kuwang ug playing time.which is related ni sa kang tallo..kung dili ni tagaan ug sakto nga playing time si tallo basig matay-an ni sayang kaayo..

and dili lang si Black ang maayo nga coach sa UAAP..daghan nga mga maayong coach nga maka hatag ug maayong ugma aning bataa..

ang point dili lang kay si black ra ang capable nga coach sa UAAP or sa pinas daghan pud nga maayo.

thats why you have to give players some confidence for them jell well with the team..sakto nga playing time.
