Ahm, Still my sleeping duration is 2-3 hours ra jud however, makatulog ko ug another 1 hour sa hapon. I'm taking green tea and milk pa, I haven't tried those medicinal pills yet. Pero I am observing my body, kay murag dili man ko luyahon sa buntag. So as a result, ang milk ug ang green tea kay okay ra, nawala gamay ang kakapoi sa akong lawas and I still want to try those suggestions na wla pa nako na try.

When you're working out, you're supposed to feel good about yourself.
By anyway, here's what I used to do when I'm depressed:
• I don't do the usual things I do.
• I do unplanned activities.
• I eat my comfort food.
• I go for a long walk, think about what's causing my depression, accept the fact, cry if there's a need and decide to let it go after that same day.
It may be hard to forget but one will never move on unless one accepts the fact that it's over (since this is a matter of the heart).
IF all else fails, go see a doctor or a shrink.

Update: hahaha nakatug ko straight 8 hours (June 12) without any medication pero ning inum ko atong green tea pero I'm not aware nga makatug jud ko in the said straight hours.
Ang akong gibuhat anang adlawa kay nakigchat ko ug friend(girl) and we had a tremendous topic about stuff so I think she helped me a lot, and it's really ironic I can't remember any dream but on my wee hours I dreamt about my ex but not that long though. I am happy kay out of expectation nakatug jud ko.
I'll keep you posted for more updates lol.

2 options I can offer you, I can hit you hard so you can sleep or we can share several bottles of beer (TAGAY) para ma hubog ka and taas2x imo sleep. personally I prefer the 2nd 1. sa man?
