Yes to Divorce Bill
No to Divorce Bill
duh! nganung mag minyo2x man nya mgdivorce ra diay! samok2x lang na, luoy ang mga bata.
Well, whatever the damned Catholic Church say, they can never dictate or meddle with matters of the "State" it is clearly written in the 1987 Philippine Constitution. It's the State that is the legal entity to validate divorce and though the Church or some dumb-asses deny it, the government should be inclined to the demands of it's people and what's best for everyone and keep the options open.
mother - maldita, nangabit, walay ayo
father - humble
... a humble one should pray for peace..eheheh..dili ang divorce ang solution
Where in the 1987 Constitution can we find the section that authorizes the State to validate divorce? If one reads the Constitution very carefully, then he/she will find something like the following
ARTICLE II
Section 12. The State recognizes the sanctity of family life and shall protect and strengthen the family as a basic autonomous social institution.
ARTICLE XV
Section 1. The State recognizes the Filipino family as the foundation of the nation. Accordingly, it shall strengthen its solidarity and actively promote its total development.
Section 2. Marriage, as an inviolable social institution, is the foundation of the family and shall be protected by the State.
moreover, in the Family Code of the Philippines
Article 1. Marriage is a special contract of permanent union between a man and a woman entered into in accordance with law for the establishment of conjugal and family life. It is the foundation of the family and an inviolable social institution...
This means the Church is not interfering with the government. She is just reiterating not only the laws of God but also the laws of the land, which clearly and definitely disallowed divorce by defining marriage as a permanent and inviolable (unbreakable) union between man and woman. So if we don't believe anymore the Bible, at least believe in the Constitution.![]()
malipay jug maau c kris aquino ani, if ma pass ni cya...
Ill say yes. Ngano mag sige jud tag antos nya wala naman jud. Ma end up nalang ug naay kabit, mabugno, ma abuso ang anak. Naa pay uban mura nag gi priso whole life.
moreover the church should stop their psychological harassment to the supporters of bills like this and most especially to the RH Bill, naa mi pari sa amo sige lang sulti ma impyerno ang mu suporta ani, di malangit, evil thing, etc. Honestly sila na nuon ang mugawas nga bati.
i second the motion..hagbay ra ning walay ayo ang divorce..
