Duna ko question - are you a Witness sa actual incident or wala ka naka witness and just happened to see the victim on the ground bloodied when you passed by.
The method and approach to which intervention you will implement will depend on whether you are a witness to the incident or you plainly know nothing about but saw a bloodied person on the ground in a rural area where no mobile phone, no Landline, no Brgy Tanod, No Police and maybe no Mode of Transportation is available.
1st: before you do anything... CHECK if the area is safe for your own safety.
2nd: if you are alone and can call for Help "CALL FOR HELP".
If you have companion/s let them call/look for help.
next: Approach the victim with caution, (only after you declare that it is clear and safe to approach).
Do the basic ABC if you know how to do so.
Assess why the victim is bleeding. Check the victim from head to toe by hand/feel and visual inspection.
If you are not trained to do First Aid and CPR ... call Cosmo or Rolling Hills para at least duna ka commission.(joke!)

I think this is a very important skill that we should be taught at school.

Call the authorities...
Ako , naa ko epatawag sa emergency hotline (EROF), survey sa nko ang area...then after, make sure nga dili in harm's way ang person, then assess dayon ang condition sa tawo, if he's awake then I'll make sure nga he stays awake, if he has wounds and is bleeding I will make sure nga there is pressure on the wound to avoid blood loss. I won't move the person, risky jud kaayo na siya...then try your best nlng jud until maabot ang paramedics.
i will call for assistance, di ko mag tuga2x oi kay basin kami nya duha tabangon hinuon
