the proper furom is for the court or commelec to rule who is legitimate i understand drilon had a counter offensive in cavite were he called a genaral assembly and declared atienza and defensor and companyÂ* are out of the party now

I agree nga Comelec should mediate and decide nga which LP faction is legitimate.

Kay kon sila-sila ra lagi mo declare og moingon nga taktak ang mga tawo sa pikas faction, dili gyud na i-accept sa pikas faction.kay ang isigka pikas nga faction wa man moila nga legitimate ang pikas. Kani gibuhat ni Drilon, sama ra ni sa gibuhat ni Atienza ba nga ingon dili na cya ang president sa LP.Di wala gi-accept ni Drilon kay illegitimate kuno ang pikas. Possible gyud nga mo-retaliate na pod ni kampo ni Atienza ani.Wa na man ilha sa kampo ni Atienza ang legitimacy ni Drilon mao nga samot ni kagubot ron sa LP. I understand that Drilon has the backing of most of the big names of LP pero it will not solve the problem nga declare nila nga out na si Atienza and company sa LP.

Comelec gyud ang mo-intervene ani and should decide. Kay og dili ilhon sa Comelec nga legitimate ang usa ka faction sa LP, dili gyud ni sila kaÂ* run for office during election kay wa man sila ilha sa Comelec.
