    If deed of sale nakabutang sa documents, palit diay ang nahitabo dili prenda. Mortgage man siguro kong prenda ra (not sure the correct term pero nakasulay ko giprendahan) mortgage man to gihimo sa abogado. Nya gi notaryohan, nya gipatatakan sa register of deeds.

    Notaryado ang Deed of sale or acknowledgement ra? Naka indicate sa documents kanus-a lukaton ang yuta? Mas maayo jud siguro TS mo consult ka ug abogado para dili ka malibog ug samot. Keep all documents nya e-present na sa abogado para siya ang mo advice unsay angay buhaton.

    ah i see the picture...mao ni nga transaction ang gitawag og pacto de retro sale, or sale with right to repurchase. 1st fully paid ba sa imong mama ang 310,000? and if you have a deed of sale, check if it has a period, kay ang right to repurchase sa imong uncle naa nay limited period, at least 4 years at most 10 years ang gi hatag sa balaod...then since imong mama nag pay sa taxes tanan and kamo nag physically possess sa property dako kaau mo og laban...pwede ninyo ma own jud na nga property, let me know first if pila ka years and period gi butang sa deed of sale, unya NEVER give up the possession of the property, hold on jud mo..

    oo mehatag c mama ni uncle og worth 300t r ang first payment then eya gepa dugangan og 10t.

    sa deed of sale no time limit naka indicate s ubos. unsa man pasabot ana?
