bitaw.. naglibog pku if i should stay with my 500W Silverstone or whether i will go up to 600W. I want to keep my 500W if possible para ma-inat nku ang budget for my G.Skill. pero basin nya di mada sa 500W.. But lets say if ever I will OC, i'll limit it to 3.7(at least before i change my PSU), will my 500W work?

500watts is more than enough, I doubt that system will even pull close to 450watts. Probably you will max out at 350watts @ 4.5Ghz on processor. Naa say daghan barato nga 2nd hand silverstone PSU sa buy/sell thats even higher than 600watts.

This is assumed 2 harddrives and 1 odd and nothing extra.

Ok sad na nga site to a certain degree of accuracy (70% or so)

    EDIT:

I havent visited the site for some time, I placed in my system as accurate as possible 591watts, about the same ball park figure I estimated.

the site tells me i'll be consuming 475W.. how accurate is this? Earlz how much Watts does your rig consume? i saw a video in youtube.. they measured the power consumption using a wattmeter and surprisingly, results are really low...

how much is the minimum? that should be the range how much the set-up will consume power.

minimum of 425 max of 475 around that range as I remember.. assuming OCd @ 3.7 Ghz , 2 hdd, 1 odd, with fans and accessories.. is it gonna stress my PSU so bad or will it be effecient?

why not just use a wattmeter instead of guessing actual load....
