Immigrant Visa Center way au... at first, ni-ingon cla nga within 8-12 months ma-process daw nila among Immigrant Visa. kay naa daw cla employer in Canada. ni-grab lang pud tawn me daun sa opportunity kai lagi naay employer we paid 80k. and then they said nga after 3 mos. madawat namo ang AEO daw. nag-submit me amo papers by September and suppose to be December makuha ang AEO.. pero naabot nalang ug february wala jud. dn nakig-talk sa amo ang tag-iya anang Immigrant Visa Canter si Mr. Cris Aranda naa pud na cxa sa NBN Tv man guru na sa Amerika Atbp. siya maoy host dinha. ni-ana cxa to give them until June and sure daw cla ma-release najud ang AEO dn supose to be 300k and payment namo wala nami pabayara since kato nalang daw 80k ang payment and that's it wala na daw lain payment. Kahuman karon June naman nakadawat me ug e-mail from them saying - ANG EMPLOYER WALA DAW MIHATAG UG AEO sa mga applicants. It sucks! ni-ana daun cla mangita nalang daw lain visa options or refund ang money dn minusan daw sa ila expenses!.. dn buot huna-hunaon nag-wait me ug 9 months expecting to get a visa or AEO perhaps pero WALA JUD. NASAYANG JUD AMONG TIME UG MONEY! huhuhu

nya? wa diay na na mention sa contract na possible ni mahitabo? coz if wala, aw, mura mo gi ilad, ambot lang kung dapat ba na sila palampason sa ilang gi buhat kay mura man to deceit

Arrange Employment = you will know if it is available and you have job offer coming because the company representative will do online video interview.

they do assist such AE even if your migration papers is process by others.

this scheme sounds satisfactory because there are some who have been tied up with processing center and cant withdraw.

i attended and listen to presentation. listen to people who shared their financially / emotionally sad experience from other processing center / agency.

careful gyud mo about migration to canada without " arrange employment " kay as i said immigrant status wont be given easily. aside from show money, 48 mos u have to wait not knowing at the end " not approve " mo.

if ever there is a processing center that do process migration visa, make it sure na duna arranged employer and duna mo job offer from a canadian employer company so that your papers will be forward to the canadian immigration dept NOT THE CANADIAN EMBASSY IN MANILA. fpr immigrant visa processing.

question : how can a canadian company offer a job ? ans. resume that would fit to their needs in which someone there in canada forward or assist you there.

until such time you have an arranged employer, any verification or follow up will not be entertain by the canadian immigration dept.

the projected time frame of 6 mos to one yr to complete such processing.

kato naka hatag na, then wala arranged employer starting june 2010, u will have to wait for 48mos before you will know the result.
