Oh and by the way I closed the other topic since it wasn't going anywhere .... This seem to be heading in that same direction.

I thought about what the TS is doing , and I thought about the reactions given. First and foremost the rule is , if it gets too personal then we close topic. We'd like people to discuss the topic as opposed to users. With that said I think certain things need to come out. I believe people can share their views , opinions , thoughts. But I too believe it is fair to know who this person is , and why you are giving those views. It helps with the discussion as opposed to someone just saying Filipinos are this and that .... or if not from mouth .... sharing views from links posted.

I have looked into IP Addresses and done a bit of research so its no use lying ... what I care about now is where the hate is coming from ... all of us TS, People in here deserve better than this.

Honestly , if people want change it starts from within, one doesn't have to be rich, intelligent, righteous, powerful... Do your part! If you really want to walk the talk - Join us Istorya.net in our Feeding campaigns , Mangrove planting, Charitable work ... It really doesn't help by seeing what is wrong but what is important is doing your part to help make things better for everyone , not just Filipinos but everyone.

So unless I see anything of use here , this will be closed , so lets try it one more time.

that's why i'm bringing the topics here, to bring the truth to the rest of the world the ugly side of the filipinos. you should be grateful though, i'm posting those things in order for you guys to come up with ways on how to improve yourselves. ways to shove up on the status of being a third world

mind you ts where the hell in the world can you find a perfect country with a perfect citizens? with no ugly side? some countries are ten times worse than philippines and we are gonna remain in as a third world country if people like you wont change their attitude and continue dirtying the country's name and the crab mentality. adios ts stand your ground okay?

I was just trying to air out what is really true, and help others realize that there is a need for change.

Ok, lets say you do care about change , can Istorya offer you in one of our community outreach programs? I know what some may say , there's a problem with our culture , its culture that need to be changed, or we need a good dictator as filipinos need to know the Law is implemented. I too still believe in that as filipinos abroad follow the laws of the land. But if you really care , one has to see the real problems first ... Hunger, Poverty , kids that are given away. Lets first open our hearts to that , and at the same time , correct the wrongs through Education, proper parenting, who knows... the RH bill ... or whatever one believes. Point is it aint going to be fixed overnight, and it doesn't help when people rant.

We know there's a big problem in the Philippines , but so does the World. And I know you will agree , the only way the change it is by picking up that shovel and start working.

By the way as far as unruly lines , I am very vocal at the airport by telling people to line up even if I get a stare or two.. my sister is worse , but we don't take it personal , we try to help one at a time.

I don't think Filipinos are RUDE . They may seen as rude , but it's unintentional . It's just most of them are lack of discipline . Heck , they bash on someone here who post an opinion contrary to theirs or opinions that they don't like ! Looooool ...

Being here in Canada for a long time and now living in Toronto where the city is plagued with new immigrants . I see a lot of Filipinos bringing their habits here . One time me and my girlfriend went to a restaurant , a table across from us were Filipinos , they talk to each other with their mouth full -- a common scene when you go to Jollibee . If you think about it , Filipinos never really practice a proper table etiquette . One kid in Quebec got punished by a lunch supervisor because he was "eating like a pig" .

I don't know whether it's because of poverty and a dysfunctional country , Filipinos have forgotten their GMRC and tend to continue practicing it in a foreign land .

Filipinos are racist ... Well , they even make fun of other Filipino ethnic groups . Nooooo wonder !!!

There maybe rude Filipinos out there, just like in any nationality that you can think of, but you can't label each and every Filipino as that. That is just unfair sa mga Pinoy nga buotan despite sa kalisdanan. The points mentioned from your link may be true and a sad reality but then again, DLI tanan ingon ato. Proof? I'll start from the basic unit of our society- family, my very own Family for that matter. Nagadako man mi nga gitudluan ug maayong pamatasan maski pobre rami. And insensitive. You can still hear nga naay mukanta nga yabag ug voice sa inyong neighborhood during the wee hours. I guess it's moral and social responsibility na lang noh kung murespect lang ta. As if we care kung naay birthday party sa inyuha, you should still be considerate sa mga silingan.

kita raman siguro nagpractice ani oi.. according to some of my relatives abroad, whenever one will hold an event or party in his place, the host or whichever, should ask permission from the neighborhood.. unya sa permit kay e-detailed pajud ang time start and end, etc.. so bali naay permit buh before ka maka hold sa imu event..

pero diri sa atua, wa jud mga kaikog oi.. patuyang lang sa gibati.. murag dala nasad pagara nga sadya sila sa laing balay.. silbi pasuya buh..

The Philippines used to be the second richest nation in asia, darleyng. now where is your beloved philippines on the rankings? it has way beyond reached the trenches!

i want the philippines to be on that position, again. nevertheless, if people won't cooperate, and i doubt if they will, for the change of the philippines, there will be no progress, sure thing.
