pila ba iya stock freq. ani? kay naa ko plano mo palit ani nga ram nya ako board mo support ra up to 1800Mhz OC freq; ra man gud; nya ask pud unta ko kung pede raba ni pang AMD?

it just means that they have tested the rams @ 1.6v, can DO ddr3-2133 at 9-11-9-28 timings...

kung pang AMD imong gusto get the one w/ the Black Edition Memory Profile(BEMP)...

ang iyang default settings ana nga ram is DDR3-1333...

As what others have said, the RAM modules are tested to run upto 2133Mhz 9-11-9-28 1.6v
My 6-8-6-1600Mhz can run 9-10-9-27 2133Mhz at 1.5v only.

AFAIK, AMD systems prefer tighter timings over speed.

Since the memory controller has been moved into the processor die it self, the mobo barely has any compatibility function for the memory since what the mobo provides are just the slots and the control logic is inside the processor and AMD loves tighter timings over higher frequency.

On other forums, I see a lot of people buying those 6-8-6 1600Mhz rams so they have the flexibility of using tighter timings or 2133Mhz which ever they would prefer.
