i assume wala na ma tarong ug palong before na nahitabo... *corrupted system files <-- by werty. due to improper shutdown or sudden power loss.. akong advice nimo bro. kung naa ka original installation disc ana.. try to enter recovery console and type chkdsk /r c:.

possibility why it restarts during boot-up.
1.) it could not read the boot sector / MBR
2.) damage HD (unknown partition thinggy)
3.) Virus <-- last nani (small chance rani)

kung mo hangup then its a different story.
it could be a bad RAM/MOBO/PSU/AVR/CPU Overheat
