As long as you live in the barangay, bisan pag dili ka botante, naa kay katungod mo kuha ug barangay clearance kay ila gihapon kang sakop. The only ground nga dili sila mo hatag I guess is if naa kay bad record sa barangay.

better get the following government issued ids

1. passport kay walay mo lalis
2. if you know how to drive then get a driver's license
3. if you're employed or self employed or feeling self employed then kuha ug sss id (kung gov't employee kay gsis)
4.if naay board exam imo kurso nahuman then inig pasar nimo then naa na ka prc license
5. ang bag-ong id sa philhealth naa nay pics so pwede magamit
6. if naa kay deductions for income tax then pa issue ka ug tin id sa bir
7. if you own a gun pwede ang firearm license
8. ang pinaka last ug dili kaayo dawaton na id card is the postal id

ang company, school, alumni, membership cards are only considered as secondary so paresan gihapon ug gov't issued id.

for now i had 7 out of 8 sa akong gi mentioned na gov't issued id.naa pud unta koy membership card sa pag-ibig pero wala man pics and other relevant info so dili magamit.

nag kuha mi postal ID dugay lagi brad mga 1 week sa liloan toh maka lagot kaa u... Para sa barangay clearance pud kailangan daw naka vote ka sa last election nya if wala ka naka vote ur 3 consecutive elections papas imo pangan pagka pait

Postal Requirement
1.) Barangay Clearance
2. NSO Authenticated Birth Certificate/Marriage Certificate (if minyo)
3.) latest CEDULA

Fill up kag 2 ka application forms.. Bayad ka sa Window 27 (Cebu POST Office near Fort San Pedro) then proceed para magpa picture ka..
after ana.. balik nalang ka.. depende pila ka days imong gnahan kuhaon ang imong Postal (either 10 days - regular or 5 days- RUSH)

voters ID, bag-o lang nako nakuha akoa since 2003 pa man diay ni didto hahahaha...

paytera pag basa nako ani nga post gahpon ako gi.adto dayon pag buntag sa municipal hall kay pag 2003 pasad ko ni kuha og voters ID pag abot nako didto 2014 pa daw makuha? seryosi ni sila?

Ug registered voter ka,since wala pa may Voter's ID available pwede ra ka mangayo ug Voter's Affidavit... On the spot ra nimo makuha and bayad lang ka'g P25 siguro.....

If ID jud kay Postal ID ang pinaka sayon... Mao ni ang requirements.... Would take mga 10 working days before makuha...
- Around P300 to 400 ang fee.. not sure on this
- Latest Cedula
- NSO Birth Certifate (national)
- Local Birth Certifacte (local)
- Brgy. Clearance

I think SS ID would be the easiest to get.

NBI Clearance is also accepted as valid id and is one of the easiest to get.. That is kung walay sabit imo name..
