The didgeridoo (dunno the correct spelling cuz it's not the native name of the instrument) player can produce heaps of sounds by controlling the air with his nose, diaphragm, vocal cords, and other body parts. The sounds produced is like the different effects you hear when listening to techno and trance music. Circular breathing is very important, too, as not to allow gaps. I think it can't produce a scale though.
