ang katong mga driver, esp jeepneys, nga abosado, wa nalang kwenta? and also katong mga commuting public nga magtuman asa mana-og/sakay wala na lang pud? kinahanglan nalang always na'ay CITOM or enforcer para ma desiplina?
I know ang CITOM is not known for their stellar performance and discipline...pero kinsa man kuno ang

I responded as I wish to express why we came to this deteriorating dance between dance between CITOM nga "polpol" and drivers nga badlongong
I only wish to point out at least nga given na man gyud na...sad to say nga some CITOMS are like that
and also I want to usher the thought of nga basin out of desperation sa ka badlongon pud sa mga driver

And you just wanted a thread assuming wala'y sad-an nga driver or commuting public bcoz you just wanted
to vent out about yout unpleasant experience? oh come on get real!!!

kapoy patig lalis nimo sir coz obviously one sided ka ur sympathy is on the CITOM side imo sad na walay magbuot pero kung gibasa nimo ug tarong akong first post makasabot gyud unta ka. and hey' i just want to stress out that I did not condemn all the CITOM personnel in CEBU but admit it majority of them are POL2X, sorry to say such word but thats the real one the reality nga imong gipangita.
