gi file pag 1990 then na approve pag 1993 nya na current ang priority date last year lang aug 2010.

mao bah,wa man ko ka gets nag tan-aw sa visa bulletin..daghan ma ku makit-an dates..anyway, unsay inyu step or gibuhat ron? i mean naa nman moy priority date...nakalarga na mo? unsa nay status ninyu ron?
uhm, naa kay infos regarding sa adjustment of status if ever naa nay priority date?...over 21 nman gud ko, pagfile 18y.o pa lang...

ang priority date na recieved namu last 1991. Na current lang cya last 2010 meaning pag last year lang naay visa number nga available para sa amoa. Currently nag process na akong parents sa application wait nalang sa interview and sad to say kami nga 4 ka anak aged out na. I was 4 years old katong gi file ang petition nya pagka approved 5 yrs old nku pero wala ghapun nakarga para sa child status protection act. In ani mana ang formula

in my case

1. Child's Date of birth: November 22, 1986

2. Receipt Date of Petition Filed: March 3, 1990

3. Date the Form I-130 was approved: May 3, 1991

4. Length of time the Form I-130 was pending: (i.e. November 15, 1995 to January 15, 1997), which is 1 year, 2 months
mine: March 3, 1990 to May 3, 1991 = 1 year pending ang case

5. Date the petition became current (by looking at the Department of State Visa Bulletin): August 1, 2010

6. Date the visa became available (later of #3 or #5): August 1, 2010

7. Age of son/daughter on date visa became available: (#6 minus #1)= 23 years old and 9 months


8. Age of son/daughter for CSPA purposes (i.e. age at time visa became available minus length of time petition was pending (#7 minus #4):


so 23 yrs old - 1 yr pending nga case = 22 yrs old ko so dili jud pwede makarga CSPA... So ang amoa lang unta nga ma retain ang priority date namu kay if mag petition na sad ako mama para nku it wud take another 11 years para ma current ang visa which is unfair kaau..

i think kanang adjustment of status applicable rana if hapit na mo current inyong priority date.... Wala gyud nay mahimo ang attorney as long as dli pa current inyong priority date or wala pa sa visa bulletin inyong priority date or wala pay visa number nga available sa inyo. For the mean time ang inyong huwaton ra gyud ana is ang inyong priority date gyud para makahibaw mo kun unsa pa nga year ang gi na process sa ana nga category..


Wala pa moy maski isa nga nadawat nga letter from USCIS?

U shud receive a letter similar to this





mao na amo first ever letter nadawat from embassy of the usa manila 1991

second letter nadawat namu 1994 na from national visa center



ang third letter na received namu last aug 2010 pag current na sa among priority date....
