First nako pag ari sa SG was trough an agency, pero wala mangayo ug kwarta, they provide everything - plane tickets, hotel accommodation for two weeks and 1 month free accommodation sa staff house, plus a joining bonus (around SGD $2k) which I received when I arrived in SG. During that time, wala ko ni-apply ug agency, I just uploaded my resume in JobsDB, then I got a call from them.

During that time (6 years ago), direct hire ang tawag ato, since the company is not accredited by POEA, but it was a reputable head-hunting firm known worldwide.
