OT: Have you tried VMWare Fusion? It has the option to go Full Screen, Window, or Fusion mode... Been using it for more than a year now and it is pretty good for my needs (mostly Visio and other Windows apps with no Mac Version)...

OT: Sa office sir but on pc-pc setup, I'd switch back to vmware if I'm not happy with parallels. I was able to figure it out on how to go window mode sa parallels. So far so good
