this should never happen if you know our rights. that is why it is very important to educate ourselves regarding labor laws, even if it causes our jobs.

forced labor is everywhere. sad to say..wa juy maayong plan & implementation sa balaod ang gobyerno. para nako, ok raman ko mag OT if i needed the money badly.. kay if di sad ta mosupport sa company, we will lose the job, then the company will lose the business & move out sa pinas. what the government should do, is promote/encourage efficiency sa mga manufactoring industries sa pinas.

Workers are/can be forced because wa man guy laing choice. but if daghan pa work sa pinas..di jud ni mahitabo..

offsetting is illegal... i know a company nga nag apply aning offsetting, ambot lang karon kung sige pa ba... kay rampant kay na sauna pero sa management level ra siya... walay labot ang HR... usually it is between a Team Manager and Production Associate... familliar kay ko ani kay ako may tig edit sa logview prior cut-off sa pay period...

It's not FORCED LABOR . It's LABOR living in BAD CONDITION .

They should be thankful that factories are still coming to the Philippines and creating jobs for the Filipinos . Employees are getting paid P200+/day ? That's like $5/day . Whereas in China , they only pay their workers for $1 ... P44 .

At first , a worker would do whatever it takes as long he/she gets paid to make ends meet . Now , they're complaining because of overtime . I love how these people only good at complaining .
