please also help check and comment on the itinerary i prepared for my trip this weekend:

    Day1
8:20am - arrival at airport / check in at hotel
9am - city tour (tourism office, silliman university, cathedral, belfry, sidlakang negros showroom)
1pm - go to twin lakes (if feasible)

    Day2
5am - ride bus bound for Malatapay
6am - boat ride to Apo island
    -whole day Apo Island-
3pm - boat ride back to Malatapay
    Day3
6am - ride bus bound for Manjuyod
10am - bus back to Dumaguete
12nn - check out / pasalubong buying -- anong mga pasalubong ang specialty ng Dumaguete?
    2:30pm - head to airport
    4:25pm - departure from Dumaguete
    Pasalubong:
    -Sansrival
-Budbud & Kabog-buy it sa palengke.
-Handumanan shop, located sa downtown DUMAGUETE, walking distance from Super Lee Plaza
    - NOAH is the Negros Oriental Arts and Heritage. Bacong, Negros Oriental. next town lang sa Dgte.
    -Hikaban,located Bantayan,Dumaguete
-Country Accents, San Jose Street Dumaguete
    -Handpicked, EJ Blanco Drive Dumaguete

Included sa schedule ninyo ang Majuyod sandbar right?

Anyway, when yoiu go sa Twin Lakes, there's a huge sign sa road pa lang so it's easy to see:

Going sa Lakes, the road not that rough, but you will encounter stones.Okay lang cement naman ang ibang part.

I know, that may entrance fee din, you have to stop lang once you reach the registration stop sign. I forgot the fee but mura lang.

Hello, based sa ako experienced, mga 4 to 5 hours pa San Carlos to Dumagute hours (public Bus), if private na sakyanan imo gamit mas dali pa, pero depende pud sa imo pag drive.

back in manila na. salamat ng marami sa mga tumulong sa kin dito sa thread. for reference ng mga pupunta soon, eto yun naging itinerary ko for 3 days:

    Day 1:
city tour (cathedral, belfry, park, silliman university, lake balinsasayao, sidlakang negros) - we hired a motorcycle at Kokoi's for Php200 good for 10hrs para makapunta sa lake balinsasayao.

    Day 2:

how to go to Apo Island:
    1. Ride a jeep bound for Siaton and alight at Malatapay (fare: 23/pax). Alternatively, you can also ride a Ceres bus bound for Bayawan (fare: 25/pax)
    2. Walk a bit to get to the docking station
    3. Ride a boat to get to Apo island. The cheapest rate for the boat nowadays is 2000 good for 4pax and 3000 good for 8pax.

    Day 3:
dapat Manjuyod sand bar pero naisip ko pwede nga rin palang mag Antulang so nag day tour kami sa Antulang. 200/pax consumable naman. bawal nga lang daw magswim sa infinity pool. nagpapicture na lang ako. then nagpunta kami sa dagat. medyo disappointed ako kasi di naman pala sya long stretch of white sand. puro bato pala sya. sa picture kasi sa taas maganda e.

    how to go to Antulang:
    1. ride a Ceres bus bound for Bayawan. Just tell the conductor to drop you off at Crossing Antulang (fare: Php32/pax). Or you can also take the jeep plying the Zamboangita or Siaton route (fare: 26/pax)

    2. from Crossing, ride a habal to Antulang. 8kms away sya. Kookoo's Nest is 11kms away. you can contact Roboy - 09126496039. the fare is 100/pax per way (200 roundtrip) going to Antulang while it will be 150/pax per way if you are going to Kookoo's nest. Just arrange a pick up at your specified time. In our case, since 2pax kami, we haggled the rate from 400 to 350 RT na yan.

i will go back soon! i want to experience Siquijor naman and Dolphin watching in Bais
