Of course God knows. Remember, one cardinal qualities of God is justice and that is by giving Satan the authority to rule the world for he had challenged God that humans does not need God's ruling and that they were better off under his rulership. But that authority has limitation given that these accusations will be proven wrong and that his wickedness will come to an end.
