In his review of POTC: On Stranger Tides, Roger Ebert gave this movie only 2 stars out of 5. After watching it, I would have to say that Mr. Ebert's rating of the movie was spot-on.

Thanks for this. I haven't seen the film yet, I opted to spend my moolah on Thor instead, and I wasn't disappointed.

I told a friend about my good ratings on Thor, and he said, "Thunder-gods are so 17th century. I'm more of a pirate guy man gud." Tsk, tsk, tsk.

Compared to the trilogy the movie sucks. Blackbeard is no Davey Jones... I guess it will always be impossible to top Davey Jones.

Just saw the movie. Hmmm it was okay. I wasn't impressed like the previous POTB installments. I felt like they lacked on the kick as* fight scenes. Anyways, I love Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow so as long as he's in the POTB franchise I will never stop supporting the movies. =D Well, Jack Sparrow is the "Pirates of the Caribbean" franchise.
