    I understand.
The church, as an organization, may have lapses on how they manage its financials.

Alangan man sad ug mag-jeep nalang si Rama, or mantinil nalang ug multicab.

If naay parish nga tan-aw nimo nag-waldas ug kwarta, why not ask the leaders kung asa padulong ang kwarta?

The church could be rich in terms of it's cultural heritage, artifacts, and they way they preserve such artworks.. Kanang makit-an ninyo nga gold plated stuffs, dili na personal belonging sa Pope or Cardinals.

As for helping the poor. No organization on this earth spends more on the poor than the Catholic Church..

First of all bai, Rama was already rich before he was a politician. This isn't a fair comparison. Secondly, unlike the priests bai we CAN throw Rama in jail for doing crazy sh*t with our money. However, you cannot punish religious individuals for hoarding their own cash. They can't even be punished for exploiting the tax exemption. Kinsay naay sayop diri? Syempre kita! Ang mga nanimba. If people weren't overly religious would churches thrive?

Sama bitaw sa akong gisulti gahapon. I'd rather that a politician steal my money than a priest. You can put a politician to jail for stealing money but you can NEVER throw the mastermind of a priest in jail. Mapriso nimo si Lord? Suwayi!

Exactly! since those money they took from us (tax) are intended for us. Not for their personal use.

When you give to the Church, it is a donation, not just for the beautification of the building, but for the Church worldwide. And most of it's fund goes to Charity. Now, if you think your money doesn't go there, then don't give!. Nobody is forcing you (unlike our gov't).

Puro negative ra jud ang makit-an..

Taga-i ug parokya dinha beh nga klaro nag-waldas sa kwarta, kay magsulat ta didto sa office of the archbishop.

Again, dili neh pinugsanay. Pareha sa uban nga 10% jud kuhaon.
Dili ka mohatag, ayaw. Balhin ka sa laing relihiyon, balhin.. Dili ka i-judge nga ma-imperno na..

    A classic example of this:

The Institute was involved in a major political and financial scandal in the 1980s, concerning the 1982 $3.5 billion collapse of Banco Ambrosiano, of which it was a major shareholder. The head of IOR from 1971 to 1989, Archbishop Paul Marcinkus, was under consideration for indictment in 1982 in Italy as an accessory of the bankruptcy; however, he was never brought to trial due to the Italian courts' ruling that the priest, being a high-ranking prelate of the Vatican, had diplomatic immunity from prosecution.

to be a PRIEST nowadays is an occupation not vocation anymore...

    oc·cu·pa·tion [ok-yuh-pey-shuhn]
    –noun
a person's usual or principal work or business, especially as a means of earning a living

    vo·ca·tion [voh-key-shuhn]
    –noun
a divine call to God's service or to the Christian life
