God does not look at your penny or thousands, He looks at the purity of your heart.
Even if you give billions of donations to the charity but your heart is not pure that is not enough to pleased God.

So, If my intentions are pure and I give directly to the poor bypassing the church,... that means He will still bless me...

So why pa man ko kailangan mu agi sa church nga sa 100 pesos I give sa Church... swerte nalang if 20 pesos ends up sa poor.. the other 80 goes to the church expenses, stock market, child abuse settlements, etc...

so can you tell me now is there anyone here who has a pure heart? are those priests who call themselves as holy pure? so you think everytime you donate or put some spare change for donations it will really go to those who really need it? unsa man ang gamit sa 2nd collection for the repainting of our church, for the repair of roof... etc... repair sa roof na kusog kaayu ang ulan wla gyud ko ka kita nga naay nag tulo, naay bata sa gawas nag kurog sa katugnaw wla gyud pa sudla... asa ni nga simbahan? why laing simbahan nga duol sa baligya-an ug bato, kun asa mag atang ang mga laki nig gabi-e mamara ug taxi.... tsk9999999999999 holy and pure my ass... pro in fairness bya pud, naa bya jd uban pari nga tarong. that they are doing what they were ordained to do. dili mn pud tanan, pro i guess we cant help but criticize kay usually mn gud makita nato sa atong palibot ang mga injustices labi na sa mga bata. kanang mga bata dha tungod sa simbahan lng daan, maluoy ka. masaktan ko magtan-aw kay bata pa, mga maru na, or murag imo na makita maunsa sila inig managku na. ang uban pud kana matulog na sa dalan gani nga murag sedated na, dili na gani halos mulihok. usahay dili ko makablame nga dghan nag snatcher or holdupper sa atong lugar, kay kng hunahunaon we never did anything for those street children unya managku ni sila mao nmn ni ang mahimong mga snatcher unya. they're used to a hard life. and petty crimes when done often will eventually harden any heart and would be worse than the last one. labi naning mga bataa who i think, sadly, have never been loved by any human being. it would be too easy for them to turn all their hatred to other people, we never really did anything to give them any good reason not to.

How sure are you that the donations will go directly to the intended recepients?

In my own experience , nangayo mi ug assistance for chemotheraphy treatment sa usa ka inilang charity.
The boss of my sister -in-law donated 15thou pesos for that purpose thru that charity nga kato amo gedool.
When her Chinese boss learned that the guy that was asking for help for his mediacation was a brother of his employee so my sister in law wasasked by her boss if the help that he gave reached to his brother.

Guess what! the charity gave us a vial for chemo with a stamp "not for sale".
In short, getagaan lang mi ug sample.
So is this what you called helping the poor? klaro kaayong negosyo!
At the expense of the needy!
As to where the 15thou goes, only God knows!
