the article is suggesting that with all those "financial intellect" that these religious leaders have, why are they preaching to the rest of us that money is the root of all evil? why are they preaching "si diyos ang bahala sa lahat"? and of note is the part where they preach satisfaction in what you have (even when people are already penniless).

What I'm saying is that the way people react here suggests that the church is "evil" because niinvest sila ug ingon ana nga amount. And for your argument, that is just a result of people interpreting the Bible literally. Though I strongly agree that the church should educate the people financially.

You have to widen your horizons. SMC is a very Big Corporation. Wala na sila nabuhi tungod lang sa Beer. By the way, San Miguel beverages products is not just Beer.
