    @tophat: I usually keep my visits to Cagayan short due to the traffic and heat, so I haven't personally visited the solar plant yet. It's currently about 1 MW and supposed to be expanded to 5, 10 or even more MW in the next few years. Yes, these are numerous hectares filled with panels!

    gentlemen: i need help regarding making a solar power study and implementation. where can i go for a good start. i may need direct contact with a solar panel manufacturer. this is a huge project...range in the millions. thanks.

    on solar power installations, anyone knows about carbon credits? does the government provide any tax rebates? or government incentives if we use solar power in our homes?

    It depends on how many hours you plan to run the pump per day.
    If for 2 hours, the complete cost will be P180k
