basin before pani sa real estate bubble sa US hehe jk, kay murag sa US raman to.
although di sad ta ka invest in real estate if wala ta kwarta daan.
Investment wise t should be(in order of priority),
healthcare, life insurance, liquid investments, then solid investments.
cover your short term needs(health, life), then invest on liquid vehicles(MF, stocks,), then solid investments( real estate ).
although di kaayo applicable and liquid investments sa negosyante kay hands on naman iya investing![]()

Tech mogul pays bright minds not to go to college
ganahan ko mo.eskwela ra.. kapoy trabaho... wa ghapon koy natigom... hehe... high school rah pud ako gnahan skwelahan.. toink...
sa karon full time entrepreneur nako. but before that I was an employee and nakatabang jud sa ako ang akong college degree.
Ok man sad ang naa kay degree especially if interested ka ana, at least naa kay kalingawan kung boringan ka.
If you have the interest and time to go to school, why not. Ako ganahan man ko mu skwela bec. I enjoy learning and listening to good professors. I even took masters maski wa na kaayu ko ga practice sa akong profession.
sakto atong mga ginikanan. unahon jud ang pag iskwela.
bitaw agree pod ko sa opinion sa uba diri, have an education to fall back-on, pero kung naay starting puhona pareha sa mga nag tangag ug bulawanong kutsara sugod pag anak, kana ba even when you fail sa mga pag try, pwede pa gihapon kay naa pa daghan pondo.. then may be.. still education ra gyud ma pamana nato sa atong mag anak..this thoughts, ug mga uban pa, pareha anang ayaw nalang pag college pag call center nalang, and apply for arstista challenge, be a artista tallent, make me sad for this generation.
If you have nothing better to do, by all means go to school then.
But if you have a chance to follow your dreams right now.. then go for it.
