See these plastic bags are more convenient because we are habitual of it and the things which we are in touch we feel comfortable with it. So when we will be in habit of using paper bags slowly it will also become convenient to carry paper bags.

I prefer both! paper bags for dry goods and plastic bags for non-dry goods.

i agree on this.... lisod jud.... pwede siguro if i-regulate na lang ang use sa plastic.... i-limit na lang ba on certain goods nga kelangan jud i-plastic.... pero nindot unta if paper bag or biodegradable bag na lang...
usahay when i buy small things like pens, and other stuff ky di na lang nako ipa plastic...... kalas man gud and samok... hehehe
