this may or may not be true. in the first place, u have not been with the other guy quiet long enough to tell how he really is. he maybe just putting his best foot forward since he isnt your bf. when u get into a relationship with someone, later on, you get too use with each other and leads to overfamiliarity. u get too comfortable that u sometimes cross the line and can offend either partner. in a case of just a "friend" this can rarely happen because they know where they stand but come u get into a relationship with this seemingly perfect or better guy, problems will still surface just like any other relationship. so for me, no...i dont want my bf to dump me too because he found someone better. for all we know there is someone better than us out there. be contented is the name of the game
