Ok ra man nta ang work sa convergys bai, pero ang nakapait,wa jud increase amo sweldo, mo 1 year na ko nxt month ani..if others will say that performance is the basis, adto mn na sa QPB(quarterly performance bonus), which I already received last month, if mo ingon kog y increase that means ang laha basic wa pa gi increase imbes regular na ka! kanang uban dha pataka lang ug pasagad!!! ambot if call center ba na cla ng work.....mga bogoon man na cla..XD...CVG

naa kay increase if imo 3 months scorecard is pasar or more. ako teammate nga 9 months pa xa, dako na iyang increase, if di ka kaabot sa passing sa scorecard , expect nga no increase..

di lang ko mag ingon nga perfect ang wipro kai daghan kau sad problema ning kumpanyaha but it has some things positive sad

1.RELAX ANG OUTFITmonday ra ang dress down. all other days, relax ra ang outfit ang uban mag tsinelas ra gali ug mag shorts. lista lang sa guard everyday but wa jud yamoi memo.
2. YEARLY INCREASE.there is an increase every year based on performance. when i say performance, ikaw maka rate ka sa imong performance and then ur tl also rate u. if ang variance is way different, u can ask help sa TED nga saun ra sad kaau duolon. The increase can be as high as 20% of your basic. ako last year kai 17% ako increase. waiting mi karun pila amo increase - mas dako ang basic, mas madako jud ang increase. setback lang is wala yamu any quarterly increase like others nga naay merit inc in the middle of the financial year. good thing is wala poi call center nga naa ani nga scheme nga even dili ka nag perform u will get an increase ghapon. ako kauban sauna maldito kaau and non performer 11% man ghapon ang increase unya nag basic to sya ug 18k...
3. NO EOP. people here speak english but we talk in the vernacular even sa floor. mas dali pod masabtan gud kung binisay-on unya ur asking for a resolution to issues. wa jui nakadawat diri ug memo sa EOP violation kay asta mga pana mag pana language man pod. hehehe....wa pod yamuy OA diri nga magpaka paka bisan naa sa pantry.
4. SCHEDULE. nice jud ang schedule diri basta BT ka. medyo labad gamay but if maanad ka, di malupigan ang sat sun nga rest day. if business imu account sa BT, imu schedule kai 3pm or 4pm to 12mn or 1am. perfect kaau sa mga laagan especially ig friday...then sat sun RD...nindot sya kai mag ila mo tanan sa inyong queue kay magkita man mo ig uli-ay na. mag ila tanan sa inyong floor bisan dili teammates. ang schedule sad good for mommies and daddies kay they have time pa in the morning to prepare their kids to school. anyway pod, if normal na day job matug man gihapon tag alas dose ala una sa buntag.
5.DILI DALI MU-TERM - diri dugay kaau ka ma term bisan sige kag absent or late. dili lang pod abusahan. especially pa jud if performer ka kai duphan ka sa TL. ayaw lang pod sigeha.
6.the PEOPLE - wala yamuy power tripper diri. mag ila ra jud tanan pips kai agi sa sked. unya smiling tanan bsan kapui ang account (BT).
7.LATES - if 156 ka if late ka kai pwede ra ka mu extend sa imu sched for a few minutes to cover sa imong late. depende lang pod sa inyo sched kai if opener ka, good luck sa imo TL...or if closer ka, no point na mag extend kai unsa pa may calls i-take. heheheh
8.DALI ANG PROMOTION - of kors depende sad sa abilidad ug paingkamot. daghan sad dali ma promote basta pasar lang jud ka unsa sa exam daun interview - so maau sya pang experience and then u can move to other companies later on.wa pod kaau pulitika diri kay ang mga pana dili magduol duol sa mag yonips though ok ra sad kaau ilang tinagdan unya majoke jokean ra sad sila and di sad ka mauwaw. usahay lang, naa lang jui baho if magkuyog mo sa elevator. heheh...
