@ burikoy12 > southern leyte is best for safari dives if a diver is based in CEBU..if you are in a safari dive mas comfy sa bulsa coz the expenses are minimized by the number of divers who are in the group..padre burgos has been known for WHALE SHARKS over the recent years..southern leyte's cove offers safe haven for planktons no wonder these GIANTS dwell all year round..
