It seems the pc is infected with spyware, I was once infected with these beasts. The pc usually restart when you are connected online most especially when you are using instant messaging. In my case, I scanned the infected hardisk in another clean pc, loaded with anti-spyware (spybot search and destroy). There it goes, spywares infected almost 2000+ files, including explorer.exe. bai, nagproblema pud ko ani sa akong pc... same problem jud kana dili makaload ang OS. ako nalng jud gireformat akong pc. after nako gireinstall ang OS, ok na kaayo.
