or canvass ka dnha duol sa inyo then compare price sa uban hardware nga mentioned(like federal or vic). if the cost is little less or equal or sobra lng gmay go for hardware nga duol sa inyo. ky you have to shoulder the transpo cost pa sa delivery.

but if you want to have it delivered for free you need to buy in bulk. i think the minimum is 500 bags of cement ang free delivery.

kung magloan ka for the house, you pay for the principal and the interest. make sure that if ever you decide to use the P300K for business, the monthly income from the business should be more than your monthly interest. para nako, kung di man lang mo earn og more than the interest ang business, itukod nalang og balay. kay maigo ra ka sa inflation and if nagrent ka, sayang sad ang monthly rental. ayaw salig sa imo job. wala nay security of tenure karon. besides, mapuy-an naman na ang 300K house, 1-storey una andami lang para 2nd floor.

^you need to have a plan for fencing permit. mura ghapon ug building permit. basta concrete then 2m height kinahanglan ug permit. i dont know if this info is correct.

mas maau you process the building permit first ky ang fencing mdala nlng na sa bldg permit. same with my project now. dli man sad kau stricto ang amu eng. ofc gud.

naa gyud disagreements along the way. they say when you want to test your patience build your house.

ako papa ang ng watch sa construction which is at times cya ang mgmandar sa mga tao. for which i am grateful of ky i am not there to oversee the progress. with what happened last week nga gkawatan mi i decided to have 2 of the workers to share the task of watching the site overnight meaning didto cla matulog. 1 weekday and 1 during weekends. meaning i have to pay them extra money aside from their daily wage.

ako papa sad ngplano to have the rebars sulod ug makeshift cage made of plywood and butangan ug lock. ky pra kuno dli na gasto sa mga tao then daghan ug requests. if ever msulod na ang rebars lisod na mkuha.

in my part gyud, dli ko mktulog mghuna2 nga wlay tao did2 bcn unya lungkabon. dnhi nga part ngdisagree mi.

unsa inyo advice ani?
