hahaha ok raman dile mag jogging... hehe peru much better, u can do setups everyday brod even in the office... just work ur abs... kung naa ka time... move ur muscle sa tiyan, ok nana... then dont drink cold water or any cold liquid after meals... mixed the cold and hot water to make luke warm water... if gotomon ka try taking mga cereals... less fat... in take raman na daugon... balance diet kung baga... then yeah as ive said... jogging is much better kai singot jud all over peru it doesnt work ur abs... kung tiyan ang stroyahan... u can do set ups... if wala pa ka kasulai try it in the morning before going to work atleast 5X! then increasing everyday up untill pila na imong makaya... u can also do it at night... 2 hours before sleeping...

pwd rana... set up2 lang... jogging is for all the body gud all the fats in ur body... peru kung ok ra imong lawas and u just want ur tummy nga mo gamai... aw set up or curl up... or if fat jud ka... u can do skipping rope...
