I also blew too except that I was chubby since birth. diets don't work, but diet coupled with physical activities do. most people quit coz they don't see results. those who stay are the people who are determined to loose it. I for one was, and still is, coz I don't wanna experience it again the side effects of being fat (allergies, heart burn etc...).
