For close to 40 years, I have spent part of my hard-earned money going to Cebu Restaurants....if food is great and service is OK, I keep coming back....a bad experience in any restaurant I patronize, in 2-3 occasions when food and/or service wasn't good, I would stop going there for sometime but do come back, thinking perhaps that it was just a bad day for the staff....or if it has another branch, then I would go there....the past 10 years or so, I've seen the rise of resto-bars bragging about their themed menu...some are OK, many are all hype....and good service was hard to find or inconsistent...thus, my policy right now when dining out is quite simple...if food and service is good and the price is reasonable, then I keep coming back...if one of the three ain't there, then I won't....if service sucks, then I tell the waiter/management....if the food sucks, even though the establishment may brag that they have a trained chef, I'll just tell my friends that the food sucked and wouldn't recommend it to anyone....

You wont be able to sir . I was a cook in different hotels , pubs , restaurants , bars , golf courses , exclusive club houses outside the country and not here in Cebu . Graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2006 , cook for ( Adm. Archie Clemens , CINCPACFLT) one of the top brass of the US Navy in 1999 .

TS, i would have approached the staff in the counter to call their attention that our table is ready to order, anyway, manghugas man gyud kug kamot.... over ra sad shagitan ang laing staff, murag ang walay sala gi apil nimu ug hasol.... masabtan man ang imung kalagot but the way you handled the situation murag bati sad....

with my experience sa mooon cafe ayala same ra pd sa TS nga wala gitagad amo order around mga 10mins napud or so but that is because busy hours pud to nila that was a saturday unya dinner time so wat i did was that i personally stood up and went to the manager (kanang mag all white polo ambot lng kaha if manager ba na nila) and told him that we're ready to order and right then and there a waitress was summoned upon our table..after that incident wla napd ko ganahi og balik did2 coz the food was not that delicious anyways

nope, it was an appropriate way to handle the situation. i said before na gilantaw na sa waitress ako friend na called her attention, naa syay kupot ng ballpen or whatever they use to take the order. then instead of stopping at our table, nidiretso rag adto sa gawas and mas gi.prioritize ang guest list. then ga.chika chika pa sa gawas. to make matter worse, the table beside us is being cleaned. so mas gi.prioritize pa nila ng guest list ug table kaysa sa actual guests.
