all forms in the PCCI online website is downaloadable in PDF form and can be used. we have been using it since 2007.

just download the forms in the pcci online website. open in adobe acrobat reader, print. then fill up the form. mail it to PCCI. done.

actually all forms EXCEPT the membership application form is downloadable from the PCCI website.

Yes, but not the Membership Form. You can DL and print it, then send it to PCCI but they won't process it. Instead they will send you the original form. Remember, this is for new members.

ah. that makes sense. last time we have a buyer of your shih tzu pups, we gave them downloadable registration form here: http://pccionline.org/admin/content-...=1&Action=View and their(4 of them new PCCI would be members) membership was processed. that was year 2009. new policy nila? whats the difference?

naa ko question: kinsa naka try dire ug process "supplemental transfer statement" or "PCCI Form R-3"? naa man gud sa R-3 na "THIS FORM MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY PCCI FORM R-2", i wonder unsa ang "PCCI Form R-2". is "PCCI Form R-2" the litter registration form? the pedigree certificate/ticket?

Nothing's different. If there is, it might be PCCI's lapses in enforcing its own rules and regulations. If I was wrong in my "statements" of help below, anyone should try to talk to Jojo Rosales, the General Manager.
