i used to not believe anang ungo or tiktik who preys on pregnant women, until i experienced it firsthand. got stories that seemed to point that they really exist but kani lang ako e estorya ky 2am na hehe.

we used to live in a 3 door apartment. one of the tenants was pregnant. she was like 5 or 6 months pregnant. believe it or not it was preceded by 'wak wak' sounds then later, we heard scratching noises sa roof, usually around 1 or 2 am. sometimes, naay maglakaw2 sa roof. at first abi namo cats or unsa na animal, but then, the footsteps were too heavy to be an animal. lisod pud e access among roof sa animals, except kung birdman or superman ka. then naay magcgeg dabog sa walls. kato na family, suhito pud mga ing-ana ba. pagka 3rd night ato, naa nasad ang sounds. ang kuya atong buntis kalit lag yaw2 in the middle of the night, as if angry at someone. kadungog jud mi tanan n kurat mi kay mga 1 am na gud to kapin, mingaw na. i remember nanggawas mi ato, and the other tenants too. the kuya said giabat daw sila. i didnt believe it then.

my story
around 11 pm ba to, im not sure basta gabiing dako na. i couldn't sleep. i was like 6 months man guro. i cldnt understand why ga alindasay ko. ako hubby ky tulog na. now, ang among house is 2 story n taas sya. kani sya ron, u need to have wings jud para kaabot ka atop. same thing happened as stated above, only this time, ang amo jud na window jalousies ang gi disturb. couldn't be the wind or trees or whatever. tinuod ng murag maka feel imong baby, murag ma distressed. i think tinuod pud ng if u hear wakwak sounds sa duol, layo pa na, if layo pa, duol na na sila. anyway, i screamed and everyone woke up. pag buntag, my dad ordered some of our workers to find bagakay. my room had garlic n salt in addition to the bagakay. kinda hilarious(read: unbelievable) but true.
