Actually Mainevent, dili gyud maayo as in maayo, if you're talking about 40 and Monks, naturally they're good with their instruments kay they started as showbands .... and none of them started writing songs until the bands they were playing with started to play originals. Ug imo sang huna-hunaon, ang mga originals sa 40 are very very poorly written. BTU's songs are elementary ... samot na ang MEDUSA TACITURN. Ang mga nindot ra tingali nga originals are by THE IRE and ETU (who's backed by MONKS). At least maayong pagka suwat ug pagka arrange ilang kanta.

I think "The Abyss" was also a dominant band during the early years of metal in cebu. This band was composed of skilled men, especially Edgar Anciano. He got the fastest fingers in town and he can play very well.

Edgar already has a Guitar Shop and he is really good in customizing electric guitars.

yup EZRA, guess ur right sad nga dli sad jud sila maayo jud nga maayo ....but i suppose pareha raman sa mga bands karon... daghan banda ron pero pila raman kabuok ang maayo... ang uban igo lang kamao mu tukar.....ako lang i dont think mas maayo jud ang mga banda karon compared sa time sa local ground and showground my opinion lang na

left of center and shrapnel is still around and still active in the underground punk scene... they usually play during S.R.A. shows... i have some of their albums... payter kaayo!
