I had a generic PSU blow up on me with the Geforce 4 Ti4200 when I was gaming, supplier replaced it.. it blew up again like 2 days after when I was just browsing the web.. From there I started using branded PSU's (HEC)

My 7years old Thermaltake purepower 360w died on a sudden death blowing up PSU PCB diagram.
Tried to repair but still it blows up the repaired pcb diagram. transistors and resistors, and I can't figure out the value of the metallic resistor anymore...
replaced with a generic PSU (Powerchoice) and use the thermaltake EMI/transient filter for Temporary permanent use.![]()
