    usahay mabugo ka istorya sa chikwa ky gahi kaau ang ininglish.

    IT og onsite tech trabaho ko.

    perteng kat-on sa 4 years. na master na ang pag bungkag sa laptop og desktop ky naa man training lab ang account. na master na ang pag configure og internet. aside from that mandatory man sa amo accnt na magkuha certifications. then nag skwela pa jud ko cisco during saturdays. naa ra man na sa tawo. nag promise man ko na dapat d nko mag paabot 4 or 5 years sa call center coz im not getting any younger and the night shifts that i have been having for the past 4 years are taking its toll on my body (nanambok og maau tas pirme gikapoy / stressed / kuwang dyapon ang tulog bisag 8 hrs) even though the last year i have been working wala naman ko mag take og calls as im doing more admin tasks and technical escalations. but i am grateful i have worked on a call center. no regrets. i met and gained a lot of friends, laag2x bisag asa on rest days, high salary... dako gyud tabang sa foundation pag panimpad ko.

    There's nothing wrong with engineers working on a call center. I don't think it is an insult but a stepping stone for a more course-related career in the future. At least, communication skills will be hastened which some engineers lack when getting on the real world.
